It ended up being just a day trip to North Conway to meet Thomas. It was so fun even with the meltdowns and I'm not sharing the train table with anyone moments. We ended our day driving around the mountains and getting ice cream. I definitely want to spend more time up in the White Mountains. We will miss him greatly.
