A blog about bullying, PTSD, and the path to healing. . Wednesday, April 1, 2015. Where do I start? ISWG post for April. This week's post is about getting back in the game. I thought I would start by first of all writing again, which is always a good place to start when you want to be a writer. Then I've been tossing around ideas such as children's books, a memoir (but our story is not finished yet), short stories to get established, and so on. Alex J. Cavanaugh. April 1, 2015 at 12:49 PM. I've sent off a few short stories. Rejection. I've entered a few writing contests in the blogosphere. Not even an honorable mention. I've had a few writers critique my work. Nicely worded but god-awful. I've tried giving up, but here I am again because I have a story I have to tell. See you then :). Crystal ...

I t's a new year for "PARADES and spook proofs"! You and your horse(s) must attend and successfully pass a club spook proof prior to riding in any parades. The "spook proof clinics" will be held on April 16. I am looking forward to our club's involvement in the surrounding communities as they kick off their rodeo and fair activities. Our first scheduled parade will be the Elizabeth Stampede, on Saturday, June 4th. The next parade will be the Elbert County Fair, on Sunday, August 7th. Parker, CO 80138.

This is a picture of our beloved cat, Will, sprawled out over my daughter's dresser in her newly decorated bedroom. I'm proud of the end product and I'll share more pics in future blogs. The end result is a room that a teenage girl loves and finds comfort in- and that was the greatest reward of all. Alex J. Cavanaugh. April 23, 2015 at 6:33 AM. Nice work on your daughters bedroom. A blog about bullying, PTSD, and the path to healing. . Sunday, February 3, 2013. Books made into Movies. Anyway, on the third day of reading the book and finishing it, I rushed out to rent the movie. What a disappointment! As for the other movies based on his books, I'm sorry, I never liked the Notebook and Dear John left me scratching my head. (You don't need to marry someone to help them out while they're sick). Here's the question- How do you feel about books that are made into movies?

A blog about bullying, PTSD, and the path to healing. . Monday, November 26, 2012. Now here's the dilemma, which one am I? If I truly suck at writing, and it's hopeless, would anyone ever tell me the truth? And do I want them to, for that matter? How do you feel about this? And working on other pieces, maybe even starting another novel to work on my overall skills. Then I will decide, with unbiased input from others at the convention, if this is worth my time. Is better spent elsewhere. That's all change...
