Along with just the number of the years getting larger, aches and pains and other old age symptoms crop up. I have known that I have degenerative disc disease which causes pain. Probably some arthritis. Asthma, sinusitis, and through not fault of anyone else, except myself and maybe genetics, obesity. 8220;Try and fail, but don't fail to try.”. Sunday, April 04, 2010. He took x-rays and felt around. I went back today to get the diagnosis and treatment. Tendinitis. He gave me a cortisone shot to help with the inflammation and it should get better. We shall see. I might try some other therapies also, taping, icing, deep massage, etc. But the good thing is that there are exercises to do that do not hurt my foot. I didn't think I would have a bad day, but starting in the afternoon, the day went downhill. So I got the USB working on his laptop and we decided that I had better not try to cook some food, since I was having so much bad luck already. Glad I don't have too many days like Sunday. I mostly was working, spending time with my dad, spending more time with my Dave, missing my children and grandchildren back in Michigan, and relaxing.
