Wednesday, October 8, 2008. Hurry Makes Worry and Chicken Curry. Well I just had to leave the Ananda Yoga Centre. I kept getting sick there. The first day is way a stomach bug, the third day is was a mild case of the flu. By the fourth day, I just wanted a soft bed, a hot shower, and a long rest. They usually know more English, do not carry your bags, and should help you with accomidations (whether camping or in tea houses) and navigating local customs.
