I would dearly like to go on an African safari, or photograph sharks underwater for the challenge and excitement. Since joining the camera club what have you learned that you didn't know before? I’ve always been a Sony fan and my current camera is a SLT-A35, which I use with two Sony lenses, 18-70 3.5-5.6 and 75-300 4.5-5.6. I also use a tripod where necessary and finishing touches are applied courtesy of Photoshop Elements 9. History of Selsey Carnival. Welcome to the Selsey Carnival Website. Selsey Carnival has been an annual event for more years than most people remember! It takes place on the Sunday of the August Bank Holiday weekend and is looked forward to by local residents and holiday makers alike. After a number of years of struggling to find new committee members, in 2015 Selsey Carnival joined the Selsey Business Partnership. Pirates set to descend on Selsey. Lots happening in the High Street. Time is flying by.
