Thursday, July 21, 2011. Perhaps because we have experienced Ghana, India and Vietnam heat we are a little less worried about reaching temperatures nearing 40 degrees here today. There is an "extreme heat alert". We are fortunate to be living in an air conditioned apartment but I do feel guilty about what this is doing to the environment. Am now chatting with my Grandaughter Katie (11) in Sudbury on Facebook. Isn't the social media amazing? No wonder the students are such great multi-taskers on the ship!

Wednesday, May 5, 2010. The sun is shining and it is hot.in the eighties. We are spending one night in the Springhill Suites near the airport and meeting Chris, Liz and Audrey, in different hotels for supper tonight.our 'last supper'. Lots of wonderful memories and some regrets at not having tried harder to get to know people.I believe it either happens in three and a half months or it doesn't. My special friends from the last voyage have not been replaced, they were irreplaceable! The night of the Ball.

George got up and wandered on to the balcony, 'Come and have a look' he called and I followed him. I have had some internet challenges, so was unable to update yesterday, but hope to fill you in tonight while I have connectivity. SEMS' Open House for Grades 5-8 will be held on Sunday, August 2, 2015 from 2:00-4:00 pm Please come in through the front entrance and you will be directed where to go.
