Wednesday, April 15, 2015. Last fall I took down all the bird houses to refurbish them. Yesterday I put them back up again and they are all ready for the birds when they return. There are a total of 10 of them, 3 of which I put back up last fall before we left for Arizona. The following pictures are of the 7 houses I installed yesterday and the 3 that were already up. These are the 7 that I installed yesterday. One of the repaired ones. Another of the repaired ones. Good for another season.

Friday, June 19, 2015. The following pictures were taken in the last couple weeks around the house. Mostly bird pictures, but a couple of pretty flowers. A Blue Heron recently visited our dock amd checked out the pontoon. Mr and Mrs. Bluebird. Mallard hen and three little ones. One of our hanging baskets of flowers. Lilac tree blooms. The Butterflies are real. The tree is right outside our bedroom and really has been providing a lot of nice aroma. Another hanging basket of flowers.

Pat used my new camera with the wide angle lens to get all this in the picture. This is a shot of most of the front of the house. The third garage is cut off. Wednesday, August 13, 2014. No More Shadow :(. Today I had to do the hardest thing in my life. I had to put my best friend, my shadow, my baby girl down. I never thought it would hurt this bad, and take so much out of me. It's only been 2 hours and I feel so lost. I knew the time was coming and I tried so hard to prepare myself for this moment. Sadie had many tumors. She had one removed off her foot a while back. Yesterday on our normal routine I got up and went to feed her she didn't eat! I feel so lost.

Sunday, August 31, 2014. Gifts For A Wedding. I wanted to make some handmade gifts for a wedding I went to this weekend. The bead colors I used were the colors in the wedding. I made the gift tag and little gift boxes out of up cycled wallpaper. I made a 4 inch round sun catcher with a charm that says follow your heart. With the same beads I wire wrapped a heart pendent. I also made a tree of life pendent. With both pendents I put them on chains and put them into the little gift boxes. Junque 'N My Trunk.
