Daily schedule in Asrayamu. 6 AM - 7 A.M. Subrahbhata Seva in Pooja Mandir, Yoga and Dyanam. 730am - 8-30 A.M. 12-30 P.M - 1.30 pm. 4-30 pm- 5-00 pm. 7-30 am - 8.30 pm. 1 Only veg meals will be served in Ashrayamu. 2 Food to be taken in Dinner hall only, not allowed in rooms. 3General health checkup will be done on every Sunday in Ashrayamu. 4 In case of serious health problems Family member will be informed. They can rejoin in ASHRAYAMU after completly recovery.
