IS THERE ANY LOYALITY ANYMORE? 70% of all 4 year olds use the cpu. SOME 4 YRS CAN'T EVEN WRITE A SENTENCE. India and China. College graduation rates increasing. By age 21, teenagers will have seen 20,000 TV programs; have spent 10,000 hours on the phone, and 250,000 emails. Deficit- literacy and Technology. Poor countries will be on the internet.
