None of them satisfy him. The hair specialists tells him of a myth that if he collects three fine hairs(from hair legends), he can combine them to make a special hair that will satisfy him. The hair stylist begins to cook with the remainder of Sam’s own hair and therefore giving him a 24 hour time limit to get the other hairs.
