I was blessed enough to have been born on what I believe to be the best day we could celebrate in America, INDEPENDENCE DAY! I turned 30 years old yesterday, and My Nephew is turning 2 years old today! I was blessed to be able to share my birthday not only with America yesterday, but with my nephew Tamaurus also. Melissa did really good and lost 5.8! Goals for this week: Exercise more, no un-needed food, drink more water, and walk. Another update in a week,. Tuesday, June 10, 2008. Well, it's official. I am tired of being fat and it is time I do something about it. I am going to do this and it is going to work and I am going to lose weight.

What a procrastinator I am huh. Well nothing new has happened really since the last time I posted. I had a few health problems, But I am slowly getting better.
