Monday, April 13, 2009. An Easter To Remember! This year John and I wanted to change the way we did Easter. In the past (having little kids and all) Easter had a focus more on eggs, bunnies and baskets and less on the true reason for Easter, The Savior. This Easter was so different! After church, on our way home we discussed why we were not celebrating Easter the way we normally did. I was amazed that the kids were totally fine with the change! Friday, April 10, 2009. Thursday, August 28, 2008. Oh How We Miss Our Dairy! Jasmine had been taking 2 pills a day to help control herself. Let me tell you what a lifesaver they were. She quickly learned to read and then quickly became one of the top readers in her class. We went from huge behavior problems to none at all. And all of this made her feel successful and was a huge self esteem boost. John and I have also noticed a difference in our own moods with being on this new regime. Tuesday, October 28, 2008. Morgan is 5 today! How quick children grow up. We celebrated her birthday on Saturday. Friday night she informed us that because she was the birthday girl on Saturday she wanted breakfast in bed. She the requested toast with plum jelly, a little bit of scrambled eggs, apples and chocolate. Milk for breakfast. She didn't stay in her bed for long because she got lonely. She had a Super day, thank you to all that came and made it special. This is the life! She love Hannah Montana.
