County Bed Tax - 10%. Pet Cleaning Fee - $35. Damage Deposit Fee - $500 refundable deposit. From Visalia, take Route 198 east to Three Rivers. When you get to Three Rivers. Look for the Pizza Parlor on left and Realtor on right.set odometer here. You will see Mineral King Road. On the right side of the road. There is a large State Highway sign just before the turnoff that says "Mineral King 23 miles to right." Turn to the right and pass the fire station. The driveway is on the right with a green metal gate. The drive up the windy road should take about 20-25 minutes.

SWIMMING, HIKING, and PICNICKING. A little over 100 years ago, the Three Rivers / Mineral King waterfront area was occupied by about 2000 Native Americans. Little has changed; the water is clean and clear, the land has been developed a bit, but the scenic beauty remains. The water is pleasant from July to October.
