The Journey to 100 Miles. One day in April 2013, I came up with the crackpot idea that I wanted to condition myself and my horse to go from loafing around in the arena and toodling around in the fields to finishing the Old Dominion 100-Mile Endurance Race. This blog is about our journey. Here is a list of organizations that support endurance and trail riding. There is a focus on the Northern Virginia area because that is where I ride.
