For those who have never been to counselling before the whole process may seem quite daunting and the unknown a little frightening. Purely by the fact that you have taken the first step in looking at my website is a positive step in the right direction. Why not give me ring and I will have an informal chat to you about what you can expect from our sessions. Normally after the third session we would review the sessions undertaken and assess how you are feeling in regards to the progress being made.
