Sunday, 31 May 2015. Me and my 'tur'. These mist covered mountains. Are a home now for me. But my home is the lowlands. And always will be. I grew up in the middle of Alor Setar, a town as flat as a pancake with a pimple-like Gunung Keriang in the distance. The closest 'mountain' to my home, however, is the red concrete slab at the Merdeka Garden where we kids used to climb up and slide down again and again without a care in the world. Fast forward many, many years later. What happens on such trips?
