Where: Redmond Athletic Club. What: This is a 4.5 mile run/walk along the Sammamish. River Trail between the R.A.C. (Redmond Athletic Club) to Redhook. Cost: $25.00 if you register online, $35.00 if you decide to come the day of! What you get: Besides a great workout you will also get a dri. Fit t-shirt, a goodie.
