Quick, cheap and easy! 1 small onion, diced. 1/4 cup sliced jalapenos, diced. 1/4 cup diced tomatoes. 1 cup shredded Kraft Mexican cheese. 1 tbsp. taco seasoning. 1 64 oz. pouch Starkist chunk light tuna in sunflower oil. 4 burrito size flour tortillas. In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium high. Saute onions and jalapenos until onions are tender. Serve with salsa, sour cream and shredded lettuce.
