The Breath itself is an equalising rhythm. The most basic attunement is simply to consciously notice our breathing - in and out, in and out. It is always with us, a reminder of our link with all the rhythms of nature. Focusing on the breath can also calm the mind and lead to an openness to our deepest intuitions.
