Our mission is to improve the quality of life today, through education and support, for those at risk or. Impacted by hearing loss. The Athens Sertoma Club was chartered June 30, 1973, by a group of men who wanted to serve their community, thereby fulfilling the idea of Sertoma Service to Mankind. Since that time, Sertoma has admitted to membership a number of women who hold these same ideals. While the focus of Athens Sertoma is Hearing Health, our activities are not limited to that area of service.
