There are clubs at two of the local schools in our community. We have the Northeast Jones Serteens at Northeast Jones High school and West Jones Serteens at West Jones High school. These clubs participate in many various community service programs as well as put on fund raisers of their own.

The Athens Sertoma Club was chartered June 30, 1973, by a group of men who wanted to serve their community, thereby fulfilling the idea of Sertoma Service to Mankind. Since that time, Sertoma has admitted to membership a number of women who hold these same ideals. While the focus of Athens Sertoma is Hearing Health, our activities are not limited to that area of service.
