Our mission team blog site. Day 1 in Guayabo. The sewing class was ethusiastically received! We took 10 sewing machines down to El Salvador with us to teach mothers how to sew as a means of providing them with an opportunity to develop a skill that can provide them with some much needed resources for their families by selling their handmade products at a local market. Our mission team blog site. Our Final Day in Guayabo. The sewing classes concluded today. It was so exciting to see what the ladies had learned in just one week! Words can’t describe how bittersweet this day was for us emotionally. On the one hand, we had the delight of a piñata party for the children to wrap up our week of values lessons. On the other hand, we had the heart-wrenching matter of saying “goodbye” to these precious little ones who capture our hearts year after year! 8221; (Psalm 127:3).
