Welcome to the South East Texas Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse. Serving Southeast Texas since 1958. Beaumont, TX 77707. Intensive residential addiction and alcohol/drug abuse treatment for males only ages 18 and older. Treatment includes individual counseling, group counseling and education on how to maintain an alcohol/drug free lifestyle after discharge. Services are provided in a structured living environment which teaches non-chemical coping life skills. RIGHT CHOICE OUTPATIENT TREATMENT SERVICES.
