The 1115 Waiver is transforming the quality of and access to healthcare in Texas, primarily for the Medicaid and uninsured population. Region 3, comprised of a nine-county area, is home to approximately 180 DSRIP projects implemented at more than 400 locations by twenty-eight providers.
