Sarah and John's Family. Wednesday, July 30, 2008. Alyssa can say quite a few "real" words now but she will frequently have long conversations which are all babble. She will often use hand gestures too. This video doesn't have the cutest hand gestures but it will give you a good idea of what her babbling is like! There were also cupcakes that looked like ice cream cones. Ryan had the opportunity to play outside with the other kids.but we didn't bring snow clothes. Sarah and John's Family. Saturday, September 27, 2008. Alyssa used the potty today! She followed Ryan into the bathroom; I asked her if she wanted to use the potty. She said, "Uh huh." I took her diaper off and she sat on the little potty. I asked her if she could poop. She talked about "pooting" and then went! Then she stood up got some toilet paper and tried to wipe herself.
