My musings on the soaps. Jeffrey on GL: I Called It. When the cancellation of Guiding Light. Was announced, my first thought was that they should kill the character of Jeffrey (Bradley Cole) as a device to pave the way for a Josh and Reva reunion. Nothing against Cole as an actor; I have never liked the character of Jeffrey much. The show's being cancelled. Killing Jeffrey now allows about three months of show time for Josh and Reva to get back together, which is what all the fans want.

By November 2011, OLTL finished taping, around Thanksgiving, and the day after taping stopped, Prospect Park announced they didn't have the financing. And for about a year, that was it. I have been a faithful viewer, until the death of Stuart. Honestly, I am about a month behind, and cannot bear to watch anymore.
