Saturday, April 28, 2012. After my last depressing post I should write a positive post! And guess what is keeping me positive? Planning a trip to Disney World of course! In two months Diego and I will be sweating our busts off in the happiest place on the planet! But this year we are hitting some of the places I have been eying since last year! 160; So far I have booked two places that I can't wait to eat at: The Hollywood Brown Derby. Jiko: The Cooking Place. 160; I hope this two months goes by quickly!

Thursday, September 29, 2011. It is an old tradition. In Urugauy to eat ñoquis on the 29th of every month. Since today is the 29th my mother in law and I made some. Warning: Time consuming. On average you will need two regular potatos per person. Boil with skin on so the potatos dont get too mushy. Boil till tender. Remove skins with a fork. Put potatos through a potato ricer. If you dont have one of the gadgets you can just mush them with a fork. NO LUMPS! This is 5 very large potatos. Posted by Sam Jo.

Sunday, May 20, 2012. After three days back at work my body and mind needed a break. I might have overdone it a bit at work but I relaxed a lot this weekend. My Morgan came into town for a wedding and we had some great sister time. Friday night was game night with some of our friends. If you have never played Harry Potter clue you are in for a treat. Thursday, October 6, 2011. The Ultimate Artichoke Dip Recipe. When I need a recipe I always find three that look good and take what I like out of each of them and create my own dish. I needed an artichoke dip recipe that rocked the socks off my friends feet. I decided i needed to add bacon to whichever recipe I chose. Saturday, February 16, 2013. I just want to send out my love to everyone that has helped me emotionally and mentally get through the last couple years. They are seriously my cheerleaders. It's so hard to not get depressed after every Drs. appt. keeps getting worse and worse but my peeps are alway there to let me cry too. Tuesday, May 21, 2013. Third times a charm. Right now I am on day 5 of bed rest and I am bored. Thankfully my pain meds knock me out for most of the day and night so I don't have to entertain myself for too long during the day! Being on bed rest is very hard for me but I am sure when I have to go back to work I will wish that I was sitting at home doing nothing! Monday, May 28, 2012. Wow I am so glad I have this three day weekend to recuperate after my hellishly busy work week. It's very strange that we are so busy at work when we are usually slowing down for the summer months but it's nice. Thank goodness I love the people I work with so being with them for 10 hours a day is great! Saturday I had a cooking lesson from the amazing Vanessa.
