http://cutterfiles.blogspot.com/2007/08/watch-me-shoot-myself-in-foot.html
Thursday, August 2, 2007. Watch me shoot myself in the foot. Upon reflection, 2007 is starting to look a lot like film school to me. Since january, i've picked up my still 35mm SLR and camcorder and have set out, for all intents and purposes, to recreate my first two semesters of college. There were the photo projects:. There were the video exercises in seeing a project through to its completion ( a "documentary" about my 93-year old grandfather and a still-in-editorial short film called. Get puppet arti...

The Cutter Files: harry potter and the book seven spoilers
http://cutterfiles.blogspot.com/2007/07/harry-potter-and-book-seven-spoilers.html
Tuesday, July 17, 2007. Harry potter and the book seven spoilers. There's a death toll at the end of harry potter and the deathly hallows, and i know every name (worth knowing) on the list. I figure that at this point, its pretty much all anyone talks about when it comes to the book these days, so i might as well get it out of the way before moving on to the stuff that matters. like, what happens in the rest of the book? How does it end? There was a link on the drudgereport. To a page at torrent freak.

Friday, May 18, 2007. What now, los angeles? Bri brought up a good question the other day:. Now that aron's, tower records and the warehouse have gone out of business, where will people in la get their music now? I mean, besides amoeba, itunes or teh intraweb. or did i just answer my own question? Wednesday, May 16, 2007. A church grew in hollywood. It's pretty un-hip to be a christian. i should know, because i am one. Outweigh the cons (eternal paradise? Come on, it's a no-brainer! If you're looking for...

The Cutter Files: i <3 blogging.la

Wednesday, May 9, 2007. Now that a few more people are being directed to the CF, i wish i had more interesting things to say. remember how in my first post i mentioned that if i could keep this thing updated once a week, i'd be able to call it a success? Its like every time i'm out riding my bike or driving my car - pretty much any time i'm nowhere near a computer - i get an idea and i say to myself, "i should write a blog about that.". Speaking of good reads, check out the dancing panda.

The Cutter Files: April 2007
http://cutterfiles.blogspot.com/2007_04_01_archive.html
Tuesday, April 3, 2007. Bri and i were out to breakfast at fred 62 this morning when one of our little rituals turned into an all-out war. It normally starts with one of us passing the sugar or ketchup bottles when they are asked for by the other person. the fun of it is that once the requested item is delivered, it's followed by pretty much everything else on the table. So here are the rules:. 1 start with two equal teams on either side of a booth or free-standing table (table must be square).

The Cutter Files: holy fucking shit
http://cutterfiles.blogspot.com/2007/07/holy-fucking-shit.html
Thursday, July 5, 2007. It's a few minutes before four pm on thursday, july the fifth, and i'm walking along spring street in downtown los angeles. i've just taken my first peek inside what i'm told used to be the los angeles stock exchange. the building has a beautiful stone facade on the outside, but inside it looks like a cross between the death star and a trailer home from the 1970's. I swear to God - he was there, and then he was gone. it was all over in about three seconds. I walk away, retracing m...
