Saturday, May 23, 2009. School's out, school's out, teacher let the monkeys out. I am officially no longer a rookie teacher! Having summers and breaks off is truly a perk of teaching. However, until I started teaching, I had no idea all the hours of overtime I would be putting in just to get those breaks. Monday, December 01, 2008. Last night, T&T asked if they could have 5 mins. At bedtime to "discuss something in Taylor's room.". This morning, Tyler brought me a note that said, "Taylor and I need to talk to you and Dad in Taylor's room." Thursday, February 19, 2009. This past weekend, Scott and the children and I met Mom, Daddy, Will, Mel and Callan in Clayton, Georgia to celebrate Will's 30th birthday. We had an awesome time eating, snow tubing (sans prego Mel unfortunately), playing laser tag and bowling, eating, worshipping together, eating, playing cards, talking, laughing, pulling teeth and eating. I am so thankful for the blessing of memories. Reagan pulled his second tooth while we were there. Dada in the Batman mask.
