Tuesday, May 11, 2010. There are 2 Japanese American Relocation camp sites in Arkansas, within 25 miles of each other. We visited both of them today. This is a part of U. S. history that many people don't know about. Sherm by one of the monuments in Jerome, Arkansas. Don was very interesting to talk to, concerning the history of these Camps. We left Jerome, and moved on to Rohwer. Don's parents were sent here in 1942, they met, and Don was born here while they were inturned. One of the older Monuments.

Sunday, May 9, 2010. We stayed in a nice Days Inn, Van Horn, Texas last night. This was the shape of the waffles on their breakfast. Even had egg beaters all cooked up. Don ate the waffle, he said it was good. Two pork ribs, one beef rib and one small corn. The beans are free. I had nothing to drink. This meal you see here, and that was everything, cost $21.12. And, the meat wasn't all that good today. I think I just had my last meal at Coopers BBQ. The money changer in Cooper's. Sunday, May 9, 2010....

Friday, May 14, 2010. VSP and Moon. He had a fender for a VN750 to get to another vroc person. (Rook) in Conway, Arkansas. Moon met us at an Exit off I-40 to pick it up for him. She's the "hostess with the mostest" at the Eureka Springs Fall Rally, and she does a fine job of organizing it. Don's Sweet potato fries and good ribs. This place was next to the Saturday night motel in Checotah, OK, USA. Our Sunday morning breakfast place in Henryetta, OK. Wind mills in the Texas panhandle. Sky over New Mexico.
