How It All Began. Sew It To Me Duo. Friday, July 2, 2010. Diaper Holder Refashioned to Dress! I have never done a refashion. As a matter of fact, my clothing making skills consist of sewing one toddler skirt. But I still took on the task, so if I did anything completely wrong, please don't judge. This beauty used to be a diaper stacker. I forgot to take any before pictures, but here is the process. I pulled out my seam ripper and took the bottom out of the diaper stacker. I love this new little dress!

I also didn't want to paint, so we started looking at wall decals. Turns out they were the best idea ever! I have most of the fabric picked out (I just need one more in a yellow or a chocolate brown) and I have the quilt all planned. Finished it should fit my nephew's twin bed. Now that I'm settled in Texas I went looking for a great fabric store near me, and I'm happy to report that less than five minutes down the street I found Cabbage Rose.
