5 weeks, 5 steps back. December 21, 2014. I hate that I feel weak. I had to share my life story with the group and all I heard is how strong I am and how much I have over come…and it just sounded like blah blah blah blah to me. I dont feel that strength. I dont sense it. I dont see it. I cant resist a craving – how can i be strong? I wanted to keep going and push myself but decided to just take it easy and listen to my body – I had to realize that I dont have the strength or endurance to swim a long distance right now.
