Welcome to the Seymour family website. Update from 24th Aug. Before heading into Switzerland, we decided to have a day on the campsite and hire out a pedalo. The wind took us right into the centre of the lake, and it was quite a pedal to get back to shore, especially with two girls hanging off the back in rubber rings! Everyone went in for a dip. The big girls decided to do some acrobatics off the back of the pedalo. For our final day in Italy, we decided to pay a visit to Aqua Land, near Lake Garda.

Welcome to the Seymour family website. Update from Aug 6th. The journey out was relatively stress free. The drive down to the Tunnel was fine with little traffic on the road, although squeezing Winnie onto the Channel Tunnel train was a bit tight. I was quite surprised at the reaction we got from everyone at the port, they were all very interested. Setting up was a doddle, although we had to borrow some blocks to get her level. The wine and beer were out within 10 minutes!

Welcome to the Seymour family website. Update from 20th Aug. On Thursday we decided to go to Venice. We left Winnie on the campsite and booked a hotel for one night. We parked outside Venice at a place called Mestre and got the train into the Centre. Our hotel was very near to St Marks Square and was very nice. The best bit was the air-conditioning which was appreciated as the heat in Venice was scorching! We saw some lovely sights.

Welcome to the Seymour family website. Update from 17th Aug. Monday brought a change in the weather in a big way. Overnight we had a huge thunderstorm with very heavy rain and lots of lightning. The photos below show the raging waters that were cascading down the very quiet stream that we had been climbing up to play in the rock pools only the day before. The following day we decided to spend a day in the campsite and swim in the lake. Charlotte and Alice found a good place for jumping.

Welcome to the Seymour family website. Update from 11th Aug. While in France, the girls decided to do a bit of Tree Treking. even Millie! And Fishing, and jumping, and karting. In fact, Millie was driven around by the new Schuey! However, it was really worth it. The scenery here is breath-taking. Alice had a lovely birthday, she gots lots of presents including a soda-stream so she can drink Sprite and be hypeactive every day! The celebrations went on into the evening!
