Bunnycone Design: Anxiety
http://bunnyconedesign.blogspot.com/2012/03/i-heard-that-when-you-have-anxiety.html
Friday, March 9, 2012. I've heard that when you have an anxiety attack, you remember that moment, time and place every time you are around that place. And it will never go away…. I think if I dis-associate the memory of me having that anxiety attack while I was driving under the bridge that one morning, then I won't freak out every single time I drive under the bridge. But how do I erase that memory from my mind? I have to find a way to replace that memory with a happy memory. Oakland, Ca, United States.
