Signing up for Drivers Ed. How do I get my learners permit? Range and Road will take place AFTER the student has passed the classroom portion of driver ed. Range takes approximately 1 week to complete. Please check the lists below to see which range you are scheduled. Road will take place AFTER the student has completed the range portion. You will be contacted by your range instructor to schedule the road instruction. Generally you will drive on the road 3 times for 2 hours each time. 8203; (6am room D3).

Signing up for Drivers Ed. How do I get my learners permit? The classroom portion of drivers ed consists of 27 hours of instruction (including homework). Requirements for the classroom portion:. Be in class and on time. A student is allowed to miss one day of classroom instruction but they MUST attend the makeup day. If more than one day is missed the student fails the class with no refund. They must pay the money again to the finance office and wait for the next class. Create a free website.

This includes homework assignments. 12 hours of range instruction. This takes place on the driving range on the North side of the high school. 6 hours of road instruction.
