The Ph-Balanced Adventures of Captain Phat Et Al In Our Nation's Capital. Apparently the TARP, which I have bad-mouthed repeatedly, is not really so bad after all. If it really didn't cost much or anything. It was probably a pragmatic band-aid that served stability. However, I still am dubious about it's overwhelming moral hazard and it's favoring of large banks over smaller banks and credit unions that should have been rewarded for their prudence.
