Thursday, August 12, 2010. Zai Jian from China! Well, here we sit. Suitcases packed, waiting for 4:30 to roll around so we can get on the bus and head for the airport. Our flight leaves Guangzhou at 9:00 Friday night, arriving 14 hours later in LA at 7:00 Friday night. LOL. This experience has been so wonderful and we are thankful for it. Wednesday, August 11, 2010. Hello, blogging fans! Yesterday we went to the pearl market, the Yuntai gardens, and the DVD store. The pearl markets were beautiful, and we stayed there for at least an hour. After that, off we went to the Chinese DVD store. Monday, August 9, 2010. This is Emily. We are in our hotel room after a long day.and I mean a long. Day Caroline is going to be a professional baseball player! That child can throw anything anywhere anytime twice as far as I can! We went to a breakfast buffet and then off we went to a Buddhist temple. We thought. Saturday, May 15, 2010. How to take care of a colostomy! Yesterday, Mom, Dad and I went to see the nurse who specializes in ostomy care. What is an ostomy, you may ask? There are different types of ostomies, but Caroline has COLostomy, which means that her large intestine has been cut and pushed through a hole in her tummy.
