I used to be a buyer for a department store in Atlanta, Georgia, where I bought junior accessories. On a "trend watching" trip to Los Angeles, I noticed highschool girls everywhere wearing headwraps in fun prints. I bought them for our stores in Georgia and had a great reaction! Years later, I still wore my "samples" to the gym and lots of people asked where I got them. So, after creating a pattern and buying assorted prints, I started making them with my sewing machine!
