Flab to Fab Fabulous! Monday, February 9, 2009. I wanna say that I am doing so well, but I can't.shame on me! My dear AF came to visit me today and I have been craving anything my eyes even focus on. I am not going crazy eating but I am not doing my best. I did jump on the scale to see if I was gaining anything and I was the same, so that is good. Love to you all girls! Flab to Fab Fabulous! Friday, February 6, 2009. So today was weight in day, I didn't want to wait and post tomorrow so I am doing so now. I have to give a big thanks to the flu for helping me out this week as I was down -2.4 pounds. Making my grand total.well.that purty number on your right. :). Now on to Lunch today, I mentioned this dish once before, it's 2 ingredients .onion and already seasoned fajita beef. Just saute in a pan for about 5 min and it's so delish! Flab to Fab Fabulous! Saturday, February 28, 2009. Day 2 of Anti-bloat Jump start. Ok so day 2, not so bad. Menu was a bit different and I actually mixed a few things up just because a couple of things I do not like. So here goes! 1 cup of Rice Krispies. 1 cup of low fat milk. 1/4 cup sunflower seeds. 3 oz of Tuna. 1 cup of steamed carrots. So lunch was pretty yummy, The carrots were really good, I just boiled them with some olive oil and water and mmm, they were tasty! 1 cup sateed mushrooms and onions.

This one is really blurry because it was taken from outside and through screening and it was starting to get cold out so I was ready to come in :o). Well, my birdie bird bath that I wrote about here. Didn't survive the winter. It apparently wasn't made to withstand outdoors for very long. It crumbled and was really mushy. :o( :o( bummer. This is the other table and so far. Have a blessed day!

This is a cute little church my mumma and I stumbled upon the other day. I was driving a detour to a gas station and on the way home, was this little church on the corner. I had to stop and take some pictures of it. It started pouring buckets! So, he was asking if anyone knew how to turn a golf cart into a boat. lol.
