This time, I used my mom’s recipe for Seven Minute Frosting, but I like the process and texture of Italian Meringue better. I think it’s time to say goodbye to the old stand by. This is not a cake for kids unless you add the Kahlua to the boiling sugar syrup to cook out the alcohol.
