It took place on December 3 and 4, 2010 at the Movenpick Hotel in Manama, Bahrain with 40 participants. The Lebanese American University (LAU) and the Middle East Partnership Initiative(MEPI) have granted the YWL teams in Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and Yemen funding to support the proposed activities. The Yemen YWL group is targeting Advocacy Campaign to Increase Girls Enrollment in Primary Education . The group is launching activities with schools, parents, and students to encourage girls’ enrollment in several schools in Yemen.
