Friday, April 16, 2010. My friend arrived and we went in and ran right into that lady and a whole pack of her closest old lady friends. This time they attacked my friend. On and on they went with their science project sized backboard display of their club news and charities and. Finally we thought we were free when the apparent owner of the lunch stop came and rescued us from them and sat us at a table. We are just like that in our lives. We give up. Not like this pest. He is sooooo good!

Sunday, August 1. I know in my head that it will be fine. He is going to love Kindergarten, just like most children. He is going to miss me for a day or two and then fit right into the routine and do wonderful. He is smart, well-behaved, and cute. The teachers will probably love him as well. All of his previous teachers have. But for now, this week, this is a huge deal to me and my husband. So pray for a mommy today, not necessarily me. I'm sure that I'm not alone in my thoughts today.
