A little photo shoot. Back at the end of August Nige was the guest speaker at Pathway Bible Church. S family retreat. The retreat was at Port Hueneme, near Oxnard, CA. Before our last lunch together, Jennifer, the pastor's wife very kindly slipped away with us for a quick photo shoot. I like these photos of us on the sand, but boy, were those little plants prickly on my legs! While we were posing for the camera and a big wave came up and totally wet the back of us! Last year when we arrived in Murrieta, we'd read and heard about The Mission Inn in Riverside and how it is beautifully decorated for Christmas and so we made a point of visiting this Christmas. We walked around the outside perimeter of The Inn, and it was really pretty. The line to go look inside was CRAZY long, so we skipped that part.
