Monday, July 16, 2012. I am now a JOW (Junior Open Water Diver)! My certification dives were at a rock quarry that's now a lake. It is a lot of fun! This is me with Greg, one of the instructors. These are two more students and Rena, my instructor. This is one of the other diving students. The visibility was about 10-15 feet all around us. That's not too bad for a lake. This is me. The fish were very curious. And slippery! I was trying to smile. :). July 16, 2012 at 1:46 PM. Just save the cake top!

Friday, June 3, 2011. I recently found a fun blog by way of a friend of mine. She had been to Colorado to visit her son and his wife and their new triplets. When she got home she pointed the way to Natalie's Cake Pops. Natalie makes beautiful (and tasty) cake pops. She was having a give away for 1 dozen of them; and yes, I won. They arrived yesterday. Friday, November 30, 2012. While Marissa and Levi were here for Thanksgiving we went out for Chinese. Lila didn't want anyone to carry her or even hold her hand, but she would let Isaac hold her hand. It's was pretty sweet to watch. Once again Carter and his cousin Jared played together for the Federation Duet Festival. Their performance wasn't as polished as in the past, but the still received a Superior rating. A Visit From Marissa, Finn and Lila. We also attended the Jensen Pumpkin Festival.

Friday, November 30, 2012. A Visit From Marissa, Finn and Lila. Levi had an out-of-town business trip shortly before Halloween so he brought Marissa and the kiddos to visit us. While they were here we took advantage of some fun Halloween traditions. We decorated Halloween Honey Cookies. The only rule I give the kids is "no building towers" on the cookies. I did, however, spy a few candy corn towers in spite of the rule. We also attended the Jensen Pumpkin Festival. Im glad we went with you this year!

Friday, August 6, 2010. We had our annual Caldwell "Cousin Camp" a few weeks ago. It was a lot of fun, and this year I took a lot of pictures. The carnival is always a favorite activity as well as crafts. This year we had a new "surprise" activity, and I think it was everyone's favorite. Tuesday, January 11, 2011. As usual, Christmas was a busy time but we enjoyed having family time together. Jenna and Ava came and stayed a week before Christmas and then Ryan joined us just before Christmas. Thanks Ryan for sharing your girls! Carter and his cousin Jared played together in the duet festival and received a superior rating. This was their second year playing together and they both had enough points to receive a trophy (which takes at least 3 years to earn). Good job guys! Kay Lynn and Mark.

Monday, March 5, 2012. Christmas has come and gone; so has New Years and Valentines. Carter and I had our birthday. Carter is 12 and I am, well. not 12. Twelve of course is a real milestone. Friday, September 3, 2010. Two weeks ago we were in Logan getting ready to leave Kaitlynn on a new adventure. college at USU. Yesterday she officially became a licensed. Her license hasn't arrived yet, but you can find it on the Utah DOPL site. Isaac's first day of kindergarten. Carter's first day of 5th grade. Ann's friend Robin visited from Virginia. We haven't seen her in 6 years. She grew up in the cul-de-sac that we lived in. We had a great time sharing memories. Isaac turned 5 in July.
