My Life as an Amateur Fitness Competitor. Bis, Tris, Shoulders, and Cardio. Good productive Monday. Worked out with Brenda and KILLED IT. Kept my weight at 133lbs through the weekend! Andpicked up my key and set my new schedule for the new location of where I will teach my classes! I'm feeling good about this week. Workout from today. My weights are next to each exercise. Warm up Treadmill - Incline 4.0/Speed 3.8 5 minutes. 1) DB Shoulder press - 15x (30lb Dbs/30lbs/ 25lbs). 4) Mt Climbers 30x each leg.

My Life as an Amateur Fitness Competitor. The first 12 weeks start TODAY! Okdon't get excited.I'm not talking about my diet! This week I am 22 weeks out from the NJ Half Marathon that I plan on running Sunday, May 2, 2010! Tonight is day 1 of Half Marathon Training and get this.it's not even running! My first running day is tomorrow! Hahatoday is strength and stretching.ha! I can certainly handle that! I should be blogging more now that I'll have something specific to write about. Get In Fit: Legs! Ouch!

Hi, I'm Brenda and Get In Fit is my journal about me getting fit and getting healthy. Friday, September 4, 2009. Warm up - 5 minute walk on treadmill.(Incline 2/Speed 3.5) then do 20 walking lunges (with no weight added) one time. 1) 15x - Full (ass to the ground) squat/Stiff leg dead lift combo using 20 lb. DBs in each hand. 2) 25x - Pop Squats. Repeat this super set 3 times. Cardio - Treadmill hill climb - 15 incline and speed 3.0, walk for 5 minutes. 2) 15 x - Seated or laying leg curl 15 reps 50 lbs.
