Avoid brands that have gelatin, high fructose corn syrup, and aspartame. Granola, is cheapest in the double bag at Costco. I make my own and it is way better for you. And as always tastes way better too. It is really easy. Dry - mix in a big big bowl. 4 cups Reg rolled oats. 4 cups quick oats. 4 cups puffed rice (like rice crispies). 1 cup oat flour.

Sunday, July 29, 2012. Kerri had to finish up some wedding stuff so we all did Kaci's favorite activity and Forrest's least favorite acvitiy, SWIMMING. Dad off in the itty bitty shade. Rylee is one of those rare children that loves to stick her face in the water. We kept trying to get her to blow out and do bubbles but she just wanted to stick her face in the water and laugh about it. Kaci is a mermaid and can swim like crazy. She can even do a handstand. This girl is awesome! Rylee liked swimming too.

Monday, May 28, 2012. Birthday Girl and her BIG day. So we picked something we knew she would love and enjoy on her birthday even if she didn't remember it for the rest of her life. We went to the Tautphaus Park Zoo. Sadly it was freezing today but Rylee could care less. She just loves animals.
