Shandra Kay is a multi-medium Artist based out of Las Vegas, NV. She was born with a love for all things creative, primarily in the visual arts. At a very young age, she sought an outlet for her creativity, by "redrawing" her favorite pictures. This in turn, prompted her Grandfather to teach her the basic skills of oil painting.
