Saturday, May 21, 2011. A few days ago I did 3.2 miles in 37 minutes! That's pretty good considering I walked a lot of it (I think.). 30 minutes for a 5K is pretty good, so doing it in 37 and walking seems like I'm off to a good start. Today I did 3.4 miles in 42 minutes. A lot of walking. Now I'm tired. But next week looks even scarier:. Jog 1/4 mile (or 3 minutes). Walk 1/8 mile (or 90 seconds). Jog 1/2 mile (or 5 minutes).
