October 24, 2012. China 2012 – Day 6 – The Great Wall and Summer Palace. We started the day with a pleasant lay-in receiving our daily morning call at 6:45! We then boarded the coach with our tour guide Steve the lad for our two hour journey to one of the Wonders of the World- The Great Wall Of China. For all of us this had been the day we’d looked forward to most from the start and it certainly didn’t disappoint! The Great (Long) Wall. Summer Palace at sunset.
