Monday, April 25, 2005. I'm 52kg now. i just weighed. I had a feeling i gained weight. weighed myself. thought i would see 50kg. but it's an additional of 2kg! Must be yesterday. ate too much at chinatown, then came home eat alot again. I must do something. pls help me lose weight. i want to lose weight to 45kg.
